The Space

The house is newly built (2017), following the Cycladic architecture and using simplicity, elegance, and tradition, as guidelines. A rustic chic home minimally comforted and designed, with bespoke interiors, stylish furniture, a custom-made outdoor marble dinner table, and a sitting area where you can enjoy your dinner with stunning views.

The house is 30 meters away from the beach and this offers gorgeous views of the landscape and the sea. Enjoy these views from every room in the house - even while lying in your comfortable bed.

The living room and the open plan kitchen is a high ceiling airy space filled with ample sunlight all day long. The comfortably sized patio is a sun-drenched oasis and it is one of the most delightful spots of the house, with a beautiful marble table, placed under the nice shade of a traditional pergola. All terraces are surrounded by Mediterranean plants and herbs  which blend nicely with the natural environment of the location.

The house has its own "bostani", vegetable garden, biologically farmed, offering delicious tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchinis, eggplants,  and more. Pick your fresh vegetables and enjoy the gifts of Mother Nature with an authentic Greek salad.
